Did you lose something during a visit to Ball Arena? You can report lost items by filling out the form below. Please provide as much information about your lost item in the “Item Details” section as possible. Once you submit a Lost and Found Claim, you will ONLY be contacted if your item is found. For any immediate Lost and Found needs you may contact Guest Relations at 303.405.8548 AFTER submitting a claim.
- A valid photo ID must be presented when claiming the item.
- Unclaimed items will be discarded/donated to charity 14 calendar days after the date the item is received by the venue.
- Any credit/debit card turned into our Lost and Found that is not picked up by the end of the event will be shredded and destroyed for safety purposes. Any wet (i.e. water bottles/clothing/etc.) or perishable items (food) will be disposed of if not picked up by the end of the event. None of these items will be logged or stored for future pickup.
