MIKE NEARY
Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Real Estate
Mike Neary is the Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Real Estate for Kroenke Sports and Entertainment (KSE). In this capacity, Neary serves as one of the top executives at KSE reporting to Vice Chairman Josh Kroenke.
In this role, Neary oversees various KSE operating companies and venues, notably Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre. With game-changing new real estate developments planned around these venues, Neary will lead KSE’s real estate development initiatives to ensure streamlined operations and to establish a cohesive identity as these exciting mixed-use neighborhoods become a part of the Denver community. In addition, Neary will help set the strategy for KSE’s current operations and future growth by leading various departments and other key functions.
With an extensive background in real estate development and operations, Neary also has more than two decades of experience working across the various Kroenke affiliated companies, ranging from real estate, to media, to professional sports and entertainment organizations.
Throughout his career, Neary has been involved in various community efforts with the Kroenke Family Foundation, Kroenke Sports Charities, Gold Crown Foundation, among other organizations. He currently serves as a Trustee of Saint Anne’s Episcopal School in Denver, Colorado.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Mike then graduated from the University of Missouri (“Mizzou”) where he met his wife Jemma. Mike and Jemma reside in Denver, Colorado with their two children, Michael and Victoria.
